What is EvoShaper's return policy?

EvoShaper accepts returns up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Return costs are not covered by EvoShaper and are the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, without stains, without perfume odor or deformation, and in its original packaging. Returned products will be inspected, and any return not meeting these criteria will be refused.

For instructions on how to ship returned products, please refer to the email received after submitting your return request.

How to request an exchange or return?

With our 100% guarantee, making a return is simple:

  1. Send an email to our customer service at Evoshaper@outlook.com specifying your order number and your request (exchange or return).
  2. Once your request is approved, we will email you instructions on how to ship your product. Please check your inbox, spam or junk folder.
  3. After dropping off your package at the post office, give us the tracking number.

How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?

Exchange : As soon as we receive confirmation that your package is on its way, we will immediately ship your new item. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping information.

Refund : Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that refunds may take up to 1-3 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing times.

How to request a return label?

EvoShaper does not provide prepaid return labels at this time. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Can you help me with a defective product?

We apologize if you received a damaged product. Please send a photo of the product to Evoshaper@outlook.com with your order number, and we will help you find a solution. Please note that defective items reported after the 30-day return period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

2. Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

In France :

  • Standard delivery : FREE, between 4 and 8 working days.
  • Express delivery : €6.99, between 2 and 4 working days.

In Europe : Delivery options and times for Europe will be available soon.

Does EvoShaper ship internationally?

Currently we ship to France and Europe. International details will be announced soon.

Can I update the shipping address?

If you entered the wrong address during checkout, please contact us immediately at Evoshaper@outlook.com

We will do our best to update the address before shipping, but if the order is already processed or shipped, we will not be able to change it.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment validation.

Please note that orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Where are EvoShaper orders shipped from?

Our products are mainly shipped from our warehouses in France. Some items can be shipped directly from our partners in Europe.

What should I do if my package is missing?

If you have not received your order or it has been lost in transit, please contact us at Evoshaper@outlook.com We will be happy to assist you.

What currency does the site use?

Our site displays prices in Euros (€) or other European currencies. All transactions are however converted to Euros after payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Does EvoShaper charge any additional fees or taxes?

No, all customs fees and taxes are included in the price displayed. What you see at checkout is the final amount to be paid.
